MJ’S CHEF TESTIFIES IN DR.CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL

Michael Jackson’s personal chef Kai Chase testified Thursday, claiming that a frantic Dr. Conrad Murray begged her for help the day MJ died, ten minutes before anyone called 911. According to Chase, she was in the kitchen preparing lunch for Michael and his kids — and between 12:05 and 12:10PM, Murray ran downstairs, yelling for her to “get Prince, get help, get security.” Chase claimed she sent Prince to Dr. Murray and returned to work. Chase admitted she didn’t contact security — a point highlighted by the defense. MJ’s personal assistant, Michael Amir Williams also testified that Murray called him at 12:13pm, and Williams immediately phoned security. MJ’s security guard then called 911 at 12:21 — between 11 and 16 minutes after Murray allegedly asked Chase for help.

Ashton Kutcher has reached out to Twitter to get his point across via song. Early Wednesday morning, he Tweeted a link, without comment, to his account where he was playing the Public Enemy song “Don’t Believe the Hype.” Days earlier, Moore, 48, quoted Greek philosopher Epictetus on her Twitter account, writing, “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.” 

SARA LEAL, ASHTON’S LATEST HOOK UP, ADVISED TO DELETE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

Ashton Kutcher’s alleged mistress, Sara Leal, was told by a lawyer to delete her Facebook and Twitter accounts. Leal, 23, allegedly hooked up with Ashton at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego and has gone into hiding since news of her indiscretions with Ashton broke. Leal was advised by her lawyer to delete all of her social media accounts since the media would be scouring the internet for information about her. Sara cooperated and deleted all of her accounts early this week.

Blonde Sara Leal, who reportedly slept with Ashton Kutcher last weekend, is working overtime to cash in on the scandal. Sources say she’s working with an ex-lover-turned club promoter to sell her story. She’s also in cahoots with a paparazzo who plans to sell staged new “street” pictures of Leal. “She gets a cut of whatever the photos sell for,” a source said. We revealed Leal has also asked for a six-figure payday from Kutcher to stay quiet about their alleged liaison in San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel last weekend. But Kutcher sounded fed up on Twitter, writing, “When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME.”

Michael Jackson’s bodyguard, Faheem Muhammad, testified Wednesday in the Conrad Murray involuntary manslaughter trial, saying that he entered the star’s bedroom minutes after his death and saw Jackson’s two oldest children watching in horror. “Paris was on the ground, balled up and crying,” Muhammad testified, adding that “Prince had a really shocked, just slowly crying kind of look.” He said that Jackson lay sprawled diagonally across his bed, his eyes open and his mouth slightly open, as Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray frantically tried to revive him. “He appeared to be administering CPR,” Muhammad testified. “He appeared very nervous. He was sweaty.” Muhammad also testified he had the nanny take the children away so they wouldn’t see the paramedics carry Jackson out. Then he called security at UCLA’s hospital to warn that paparazzi were already in the trees outside the house and would likely try to sneak in to Jackson’s hospital room.

(Indianapolis—September 29, 2011) Avid hunting enthusiast Gus Saucerman searched for a smartphone app to aid him in the field during hunts. Not finding anything worthwhile, he decided to create one himself.

Naturally, he came to Indiana’s leading app developer, Boost Media & Entertainment.

After some brainstorming and testing, out came “Deer Diary, the App for Hunters,” and its companion website, DeerDiary.com, which synchronizes information with the app.

“Deer Diary” lets the hunter capture everything about a hunt: weather, photos, notes and, much like Foursquare, allows hunters to “check in” at their favorite tree stand or other hunting spot. The app travels with the hunter right into the field, allowing him or her to access and record information anywhere and tap into the shared knowledge of fellow hunting enthusiasts.

Back at the lodge (or living room), hunters can relive their hunts and learn from past successes and failures, gleaning knowledge and tips from other hunters who have left notes in the app.

“Successful hunters know their surroundings and understand the conditions that make for the best hunts. With ‘Deer Diary,’ it’s easy to record these conditions, see patterns and ultimately become more effective on the hunt,” said the app’s owner and creator, Gus Saucerman.

On partnering with Boost, Saucerman said, “I couldn’t have done it without them. They had creative input every step of the way, from branding to features to the companion site. Plus, they made an app that works well. Hunters are loving it.”

“Deer Diary” is available now in both the Android App Market and Apple’s App Store.

* Michael Jackson trusted his life to the medical skills of Dr. Murray and it was “misplaced trust”
* The cause of death was an overdose of Propofol, administered by Dr. Murray
* We will prove Conrad Murray repeatedly acted with gross negligence and incompetence
* Walgren explained that Murray would obtain $150,000 a month, not the $5 million Murray demanded for the duration of the “This is It” tour.
* Murray made arrangements with a pharmacy to purchase very large quantities of Propofol on a regular basis
* Murray lied to the pharmacist by saying he had a clinic in Santa Monica when he did not
* On May 10, 2009, Murray made a voice recording on his iPhone … the recording documents MJ highly under the influence of “unknown agents” with Murray sitting there. It shows Murray knew Michael’s state and what he was doing to the singer.

DEFENSEDr. Conrad Murray’s attorney Ed Chernoff told the jury Michael Jackson caused his own death.

* Chernoff says the evidence will show MJ swallowed 8, 2 mg pills of Lorazepam…aka Ativan.
* And Chernoff says MJ self-injected a dose or Propofol that created a “perfect storm” that killed him.
* There was no way to save MJ. He died instantly.
* Chernoff told the jury what TMZ has reported for the last year — that the centerpiece of the defense case is that Michael’s death is on Michael — not Dr. Murray.
* Chernoff also said MJ “had a problem” that no amount of determination could overcome, even with his talent, and without help he could not do the “This Is It” tour — a tour that would score him more money than he had ever made on tour before.
* So, Chernoff says, Michael went doctor shopping.
* Dr. Murray is not a “celebrity doctor” — he’s a cardiologist who saves lives.
* The defense will put some of Dr. Murray’s patients on the stand to show his level of care. He would buy prescriptions for people who couldn’t afford it and would generally go well above the standard of care expected of a doctor — which contradicts prosecutors who call him greedy and reckless. Murray seemed to tear up as he listened to Chernoff.

I would also like to remind some in the media that the voice recording of Michael does not show/prove he was “an addict” — and this leap to agree with the defense is unfair and inaccurate. The prosecution said my brother “was under the influence of UNKNOWN agents” at the time of that recording by Murray. That some people, Jane Valez Mitchell HLN and Ted Rwlands CNN, make statements saying this shows my brother to be “a drug addict” is not what was said in court re that recording. Events are upsetting enough without correspondents adding their own interpretation (or back-dating events to 1993). No-one can rule out the prospect that Michael was groggy because of something administered to make him relax/sleep. That does not him an addict. Bottom line: Michael did not kill Michael.”

Andy Rooney will announce on this Sunday’s “60 Minutes” that it will be his last regular appearance on the broadcast. Rooney, 92, has been featured on “60 Minutes” since 1978. He will make the announcement in his regular essay at the end of the program, his 1097th original essay for “60 Minutes”. It will be preceded by a segment in which Rooney looks back on his career in an interview with Morley Safer. “There’s nobody like Andy and there never will be. He’ll hate hearing this, but he’s an American original,” said Jeff Fager, chairman CBS News and the executive producer of “60 Minutes”. “His contributions to ‘60 Minutes’ are immeasurable; he’s also a great friend. It’s harder for him to do it every week, but he will always have the ability to speak his mind on ‘60 Minutes’ when the urge hits him.” Rooney began his run on “60 Minutes” in July 1978 with an essay about the reporting of automobile fatalities on the Independence Day weekend. He became a regular feature that fall. In Rooney’s first full season as the “60 Minutes” commentator, the broadcast was the number one program for the first time. Rooney lives in New York. He has three daughters and a son.

Monday, the duo scored 21 out of 30 points, tying with Nancy Grace. Chaz Bono was at the bottom of the leaderboard, earning only 17 out of 30 points. NANCY GRACE ARGUES THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE A NIP SLIP ON “DWTS”

Nancy Grace is raising an objection to reports that she may have flashed the audience on “DWTS’ Monday night. “There’s a lot of rumors running rampant that I had a wardrobe malfunction,” said Grace. Adding, “I did not.” She explains that although there was a little tiny movement, it didn’t equate to a wardrobe malfunction. Grace also says that she would have been mortified if she did in fact have a nip slip. The slip was not shown in the broadcast, with the camera instead cutting to an audience shot. However, Judge Bruno Tonioli quipped that the routine “was a bit top heavy at times.” Host Tom Bergeron commented: “On the European version that would be perfectly fine.” According to Grace, such a blunder would be nearly impossible, since her wardrobe incorporates “industrial-strength bras, gaffer tape, you name it.”
