Lindsay Lohan has been kicked out of the program where she was supposed to complete her community service because she violated the rules numerous times.

The judge ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center in L.A., as part of her probation in the shoplifting case.  Part of the deal — the judge required her to be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time.

But Lindsay  blew off 9 scheduled visits … and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour.

2 weeks ago, she was terminated from the Women’s Center because of the violations.  The Probation Department’s volunteer center has now assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross.  Now here’s the BIG problem … Lindsay is due back in court next week for a progress hearing.  The judge made it clear … there would be no more second third fourth fifth sixth chances.  If she screwed up again, she was going to jail.

And just for bad measure, aside from Lindsay’s violations at the Downtown Women’s Center, the number of community service hours she has racked up so far is “very unimpressive.”

LINDSAY LOHAN CRITICIZED FOR YELLOW TEETH

Lindsay Lohan, 25, is attracting unwanted attention yet again after showing off less-than-pearly whites on a red carpet in Los Angeles this week. A photo of the newly tattooed starlet causing a stir online highlights what appear to be her yellowing teeth, as well as nail polish streaks and blotches on her hands. But her rep doesn’t see any stain on her sparkling reputation. “Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers,” her rep says. “With everything going on – from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to international unrest – there is no way I’m going to comment on Lindsay’s teeth,” the rep added.

Tech titans Mark Zuckerberg and Sean Parker had a huge public bust-up outside a Hollywood nightclub over Facebook’s role in new music venture Spotify.  Billionaire Facebook creator Zuckerberg and Napster co-founder Parker, who has launched music streaming service Spotify, got into a boozy fight over the new venture at West Hollywood club The Beverly earlier this month.  The pair, whose complicated relationship was highlighted in “The Social Network,” got into an alcohol-fueled argument over Facebook’s partnership deal with Spotify.  One source says, “Sean and Mark had done the big Spotify launch and headed to The Beverly to party. They spent a lot of money on alcohol, and as the night went on they got into an intense discussion, which turned into a loud argument as they left.”  According to the witness, “Sean argued that all Spotify users should not be forced to sign up for a Facebook account, but Mark wouldn’t budge. It was a full on screaming match outside the club, but stopped short at coming to blows. They then stormed off in different directions.” The partnership has boosted Spotify subscribers but irked some who don’t want their music choices broadcast on Facebook.  Another source said, “Sean gets very intense and can be loud. These guys have been through a lot together. They have passionate discussions and strong opinions. Their partnership has given Spotify a lot of subscribers.”

Marty McFly’s jacket, Doc Brown’s shirt, a remote-controlled hoverboard and even one of the time-traveling DeLoreans will be among the items from the “Back to the Future” franchise up for bid at a December auction of Hollywood memorabilia. More than 100 “Back to the Future” pieces will join a treasure trove of costumes, props and celebrity personal effects up for bid at Profiles in History’s three-day auction in December, announced Tuesday.  Among the pieces hitting the auction block from the original 1985 movie will be a jacket worn by Michael J. Fox’s  McFly and the shirt worn by Christopher Lloyd’s Brown character. Pieces from the 1989 sequel, “Back to the Future Part II,” include a jacket worn by Thomas F. Wilson’s Biff as well as the Griff Tannen remote-controlled Pitbull hoverboard used on screen (and estimated to fetch $15,000 to $20,000). But it’s a piece from the third movie in the franchise, “Back to the Future Part III,” that’s likely to generate the most interest (and an estimated price of  $400,000 to $600,000) – one of the seven DeLorean time machines that appeared  over the course of the trilogy. Part of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

Chyna Phillips, 43, was the fourth contestant to be eliminated from Season 13 of Dancing With the Stars. She and pro partner Tony Dovolani, 38, failed to impress the judges Monday night with their Mission Impossible tango routine — and it cost them the competition. “I’m disappointed. I’m sad, but I have to take responsibility,” Phillips said during Tuesday’s results show. “Tony has been there for me 100 percent the entire way,” she added. “I’m very grateful to have been on this show and to have had the opportunity.” Phillips admitted that she struggled to remember the choreography during Monday’s performance, which ultimately led to their demise.

Hungarian police raided the set of Brad Pitt’s upcoming zombie movie, World War Z, Monday. The cops seized 85 weapons from a warehouse in Budapest. The stash included automatic weapons such as AK-47s and sniper rifles, which were equipped with live ammunition. “The 85 weapons were seized in Budapest at a warehouse because they were not fully inoperable as they were supposed to be,” Hungarian authorities reported. Police cautioned that a deadly accident could have occurred, and called the arsenal “a disaster waiting to happen.”

CHER CHEERED ON CHAZ BONO, AND RICKI LAKE TOOK THE #1 SPOT ON “DANCING WITH THE STARS”
Source: The Hollywood Reporter
The nine remaining contestants on ABC’s competition hit the floor to perform dance choreographed to famous movie themes. But perhaps the biggest news of the night was Cher finally showing up to cheer on her son, competitor Chaz Bono, in the audience. Bono, who performed a paso doble to the Rocky theme, earned 21 out of a possible points from the judges, putting him in a sixth-place tie with Chynna Phillips and Nancy Grace. But his performance still made his famous mom teary afterward. Meanwhile, Ricki Lake impressed the judges once again, keeping her No. 1 ranking with her tango set to the Psycho theme. She earned two 10s and a 9 from the judges — the first 10s given out this season — for a total of 29 points. J.R. Martinez also continued to wow the judges, earning 26 points for his foxtrot to the Pink Panther theme, putting him in second place. Bringing up the rear was a pirate-costumed Carson Kressley, who scored 20 points for his Viennese waltz set to the Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl theme.
Here are the standings after Monday night’s show:
1. Ricki Lake (tango to Psycho theme) — 29 points
2. J.R. Martinez (foxtrot to Pink Panther theme) — 26
3-5. Hope Solo (foxtrot to “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from Toy Story) — 24
Rob Kardashian (paso doble to Superman theme) — 24
David Arquette (paso doble to Raiders of the Ark theme) — 24
6-8. Chaz Bono (paso doble to Rocky theme) — 21
Chynna Phillips (tango to Mission: Impossible theme) — 21
Nancy Grace (paso doble to Flash Gordon theme) — 21
9. Carson Kressley (Viennese waltz to Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl theme) — 20

RICKI LAKE WANTED TO QUIT DURING “DWTS” REHEARSALS
Source: Us Weekly
Ricki Lake is the one to beat on Dancing With the Stars — but during Monday’s episode of the ABC hit, the TV host nearly broke down while rehearsing with pro partner and three-time champ Derek Hough, 26. “I feel a tremendous amount of pressure,” she said while struggling to master the week’s movie score theme. “I am going to have a breakdown. I just can’t do it,” Lake, 43, complained. “It’s just very confusing for me. I am not getting it. I want to quit. Like I totally want to quit — and I am not a quitter.” After hearing the judge’s positive feedback, and taking the No.1 spot with 29/30 points, Lake said she regretted wanting to give up so easily. “The highs are so high and the lows are pretty low,” she explained. “I’m relieved!”

They started Apple Computer together in 1976 with nothing. Now, 35 years later, Steve Wozniak can reflect on just how his friend and fellow computer geek Steve Jobs changed the world. “I am in great grief,” Wozniak, 61, said. “I’m glad that Steve Jobs did so much for the world. His efforts and accomplishments move us much closer to solving the great problems of the world, including war.” Jobs, who died last week at 56, had a beautiful mind that allowed him to see the future, and shape it, says Wozniak. “Steve was the most important friend in my life,” he says. “He had an incredible mind that couldn’t be measured or recognized by normal methods. Like art, it couldn’t be put into a formula, what was great about Steve’s thinking. You had to know him and experience his thinking to know why it was way ahead of normal people.” Wozniak adds that Steve Jobs will be a historic figure forever and will inspire other young people to become great thinkers and leaders.

Paul McCartney and New York businesswoman, Nancy Shevell, exchanged vows during an afternoon ceremony in London. The couple, who have been dating since 2007, were greeted with cheers as they arrived at the Old Marylebone Town Hall, which was opened especially for the event. Wedding guests included Shevell’s college-age son, Arlen, her cousin Barbara Walters, McCartney’s brother Mike, Ringo Starr and wife Barbara Bach, and George Harrison’s widow, Olivia. Perhaps late Beatle John Lennon was there in spirit: Saturday would have been his 71st birthday. During the non-denominational ceremony, McCartney gave his bride a vintage-style Neil Lane diamond eternity band featuring 5-carats of square cut diamonds set in platinum.
