Former pro-wrestler Hulk Hogan is going back to his roots as a TV pitchman and hopes to become the next Billy Mays.  Hulk is moving from one main stage to another as he hooks up with fellow reality star and infomercial king, Kevin Harrington, to promote his latest product, pumMax – a biodegradable pumice-based hand cleanser.  But that’s just the beginning – Hogan is hoping to turn this pitch into a career and become as big as the legendary Mays, his lawyer confirms.  While specializing in body slams and chair smashing, Hogan also was a product promoter during his early days in showbiz when he pitched Right Guard in the early ‘90s.  Mays, who passed away in June 2009, made his name by pitching a string of household products such as Orange Glo and Oxiclean.   “Billy’s unfortunate passing kind of left a hole,” in the industry, Hogan’s attorney David Houston says, and they hope that the Hulk can fill it.

 Tony Hawk came to a sudden, hip-smashing halt during a half-pipe demonstration this weekend — when a skate trick went wrong … resulting in a “sheared pelvis and a severe hematoma.”  It all went down — hard — during a skate demonstration at the Action Sports Weekend event at Downtown Disney’s Main Plaza in Anaheim, CA — where Tony attempted to land a 540 … and failed.

Tony was forced to roll on over to the UC Irvine Trauma Center, where according to Tony’s blog, he was treated for a sheared pelvis and hematoma.

Tony has since Tweeted, “I will no longer take walking for granted.”

Sources connected with the production team on “Two and a Half Men” tell TMZ Charlie Sheen will be on the set for next week’s taping — and he will not miss a single taping for the new season because of his criminal case. Although a plea deal is not finalized, the assurance the production team has received is a clear sign Charlie will probably get a better deal now than he would have under the original deal that fell apart back in June.

The first taping for next season is August 6. Charlie is scheduled to be in Aspen for court on August 2.

He’s following her to Texas and not-so-secretly wishing for a reconciliation, but Jesse James has no shot of getting back together with ex wife Sandra Bullock, a source close to the actress says.  Jesse recently won a court victory against ex wife Janine Lindemulder, allowing him to take their daughter Sunny to Austin, Texas, where Bullock has a home and is spending much of her time. Jesse is moving because he wants his children to continue their relationship with Bullock and also because he hopes that he can reunite with Sandra.  Bullock did not try to dissuade Jesse from moving. “The only reason that Sandy gave the green light to Jesse move to Austin was because she wants to maintain a relationship with his children,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “Sandy loves those children but she has absolutely no intention of getting back together with Jesse, ever.  “She wanted the divorce done quickly, so that she could move on with her life.”

Pooping pigeons forced the Kings of Leon to abandon their St. Louis, Missouri, concert after just three songs Friday night, the rock band’s management said Saturday.  An infestation of the birds in the rafters of the Verizon Amphitheatre bombarded the musicians as soon as they took the stage, according to Andy Mendelsohn of Vector Management.  “Jared (Followill) was hit several times during the first two songs,” Mendelsohn said of the band’s bassist.  “It’s not only disgusting — it’s a toxic health hazard. They really tried to hang in there,” Mendelsohn added.  Followill, who describes himself as a “germophobe,” said there was already poop on his pedal and carpet when he walked out on stage.  The aerial attack began during the opening song — “Closer” — when he was bombed in the face. His bass tech wiped most of it off with a sanitary wipe, he said.

Excrement struck each of his arms over the next two numbers, he said.  “I was hit by pigeons on each of the first three songs,” he said. “We had 20 songs on the set list. By the end of the show, I would have been covered from head to toe.”  Followill said he couldn’t see the pigeons above him and he had no idea how many there were.

“The last thing I was going to do was look up … but if that was only a couple, we must have caught them right after a big Thanksgiving dinner,” he quipped.  The group was determined to play for St. Louis fans even though they had fair warning earlier about the pigeon problem.  Opening bands The Postelles and The Stills came offstage complaining of getting riddled with large amounts of excrement, their publicist said.  “The Kings of Leon decided to carry on regardless,” they said in a statement released Saturday. “The band felt it would be unfair to the fans to cancel the show at that late moment.”  “We couldn’t believe what The Postelles and The Stills looked like after their sets,” Followill said. “We didn’t want to cancel the show, so we went for it. We tried to play. It was ridiculous.”

Kim Kardashian is trying to stop a fan from undergoing plastic surgery so she can look just like the reality star.  A fan confessed to Kim on her Twitter page, “I’m getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won’t leave me.  He worships her.”  Kim responded with a strong “NO.”  “Pls dont. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don’t try 2 b someone else. I’m sure u are beautiful inside & out.”  The subject clearly affected the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star who came back to it again, writing:  “Don’t change yourself for anybody but yourself…be happy with who u are. Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are.”  Kim has said she’s not undergone any procedures herself except trying Botox once but she’s not against plastic surgery if you’re doing it to make yourself happy.

With all her allotted visits used up during the week, the only people allowed to visit Lindsay Lohan this weekend are professionals — like her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
Holley was spotted walking out of Lynwood for the second time this weekend — but if all goes well, she won’t have to make this trip again next weekend.
 So, how is the slammer treating Lindsay Lohan six days in?  “She is doing fine,” Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley tells says. “She has made some friends.”   Holley slammed reports that Lohan is getting any perks behind bars (like a fancier room and a private guard). “We are not asking for special treatment from the court or the sheriff, nor is she receiving special treatment,” Holley says.  Although sentenced to 90 days, Lohan is expected to serve far less than that. Holley explains, “I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled” from her previous time in custody. “I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in.”

Wisteria Lane has a new resident!   Vanessa Williams is moving in on Desperate Houswives and in an exclusive photo, she’s seen on the set with show creator Marc Cherry.  “It’s another challenge,” Williams, who played the delightfully wicked Wilhelmina on Ugly Betty. “It’s another opportunity for me to put on the clothing of somebody new and Marc Cherry and the team has guaranteed it’s a character worth watching so I’m excited to bring it to life.”  As for her first day on the job, Williams reported, “I arrived and did my arrival and I hope it’s funny and I hope I fit in with the girls because they have embraced me with open arms and [the show] is a well oiled machine. They are in their seventh season and it’s a wonderful group of gals and everyone was so nice to me.”
